Ginevra Peruginelli has a degree in Law (1999), a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Northumbria, (2005) and a PhD in Telematics and Information Society (2008) at the University of Florence. In 1999 she started her activity at ITTIG-CNR as researcher. Since 2003 she is entitled to practice as a lawyer and admitted to the Bar. She has collaborated as professor under contract on legal informatics at the University of Florence (2012) and of Perugia (2004-2010). Since 2016 she is MC Italian Member of a European COST Action on research evaluation in the SSH. She is one of the editor of Journal of Open Access to Law. She collaborates in several European projects and she is the author of many scientific works, some of them presented at international conferences, and editor of books on ICT and law.
Sebastiano Faro is Primo Ricercatore (Senior Researcher) at ITTIG-CNR. He has a degree in Law (1992) and a Ph.D in Administrative Law (1999). His main research areas involve: EU law, ICT and law, techniques and methods for legal documentation and for the creation of administrative and legal information systems; techniques and methods for the electronic analysis, drafting and evaluation of legal acts; formal models for the organization of legal knowledge.
He is co-editor of the international journal “Informatica e diritto” and one of the editors of the international Series “Diritto Scienza Tecnologia /Law Science Technology” published by ESI, Naples.
He has been Director of CNR-ITTIG since 1 March 2016.
